Lattitude has partnered with M-PowerHouse Pittsburgh to support underrepresented communities around the western PA region. This article highlights the ribbon-cutting event for one of the first phases of the local program. M-PowerHouse has also partnered with HUD that has similar initiatives in Annapolis, MD, Augusta, GA, Brownsville, TX, Jackson MI, Las Vegas, NE, Los Angeles, CA, and Richmond, VA. Terry Smith founded this nonprofit in 2007 and is now looking to “provide 30 African American women who are residents of Hays Manor with the opportunity to become a certified drone pilot, or a career in cryptocurrency, robotics, nursing, or dietary.”
