Less but better, this is a message from one of our favorite books and we live this out by enabling you to integrate your calendar to Lattitude (Google and soon Outlook).
Reminder to delete or gray out the personal info
This is important because it enables you to see the other events that you have scheduled on your personal calendar, you do not want to have to constantly go back and forth between Lattitude and your personal calendar checking times that you are available for a conversation
Navigate to your profile circle (this has your initials in it). Click on “My Profile”
Click the “+” in the Integrations section to begin the calendar integration process
Note that this image shows that pete@golattitude.com has already been integrated successfully, you will not see an email address there if you have not yet linked a calendar
IMPORTANT you will get a few pop up windows that ask you some deep questions – that is because Google and Microsoft are working to protect your info, we have talked with them and they trust us, please accept these terms and allow Lattitude access (we are not planning for anything wild to happen to your precious calendar)

Take a deep breath, glad that is done!
Check out your “availability” page to see the events that have been pulled over from your personal calendar
Don’t worry about getting double booked on Lattitude, after you add a recurring availability and then schedule something on your personal calendar, Lattitude is smart enough to remove that availability from the app.
