Catapult is a consulting platform hosting a podcast, training videos, and live workshops. The program has a track record of being instrumental in re-igniting morale, inspiring solid teams, and coaching employees through professional development. She has found this journey has be rewarding and resulted in several mentees becoming successful leaders in their own right.
